Livestock Information

Rabbit, Poultry, and Horse entries must be submitted on their respective entry forms. These entry forms are available at the Fair Office or from your leader/advisor.


Important Livestock Information

** May 5 - Market Beef pre-weigh at Producers Livestock Auction
** June 17 - Pig ear tags available from Blanche Campbell or Fair Office
** July 3    - Exhibitor lists due for Poultry and Rabbit meat pen exhibitors
** July 6    - Weigh in for sheep & goats – Madera District Fair– 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
** July 7    - Weigh in for sheep & goats – Yosemite Hi 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
** July 8    - Last day to submit pig pictures with ear tag


Independent exhibitors must submit a letter to notify the fair of intent to show per the State Rules. Letters of intent for market animals including Beef, Swine, Sheep, and Goats are due on their respective tagging dates. Letters of intent for Poultry and Rabbits are due by July 3rd, 2013. All exhibitors are stongly encouraged to review all State Rules as published by the Department of Food and Agriculture.
