- Ability to follow oral and written instructions

MAINTENANCE SKILLS:- Gardening/Landscaping
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Janitorial
- Plumbling
- Buildings/Grounds Repair

- Hand Tool Use
JANITORIAL DUTIES:- Garbage pick-up and collection
- Cleaning Buildings
- Cleaning Restrooms and other facilities
- Assist in set-up and tear down of tables, chairs and other equipment for indoor/outdoor activiites
CARPENTER ASSITANT: - Capable of taking direction and following instruction
- Proficient with power and hand tools
- Safety conscience
- Framing and finishing skills
- Capable of lifting, moving, loading and unloading construction materials
