The Commons at the Madera District Fair

The Commons shopping center is a unique partnership between the Newman Development Group and the 21A District Agricultural Association (better know as the Madera District Fair). This partnership has provided the Madera District Fairgrounds with a much needed cash infusion that will allow the Fair to upgrade and repair many of it's outdated and worn-out facilities. The revenue for the Fair takes the form of a long-term lease with Newman Development Group that will provide the Madera District Fair with a steady source of revenue for years to come.

The center is currently home to Lowe's, Dollar Tree, Big5, Petco, Walgreens, T-Mobile, Cool Hand Luke's, and Gamestop with more to come soon.
