In order to reserve a date and venue you are interested in, please call the office, 559-674-8511 or come in to check availability, M-F 8:00a.m.- 4:30p.m. Upon availability, we will temporarily hold the date and venue permitting you 4 business days to make the rental deposit and required insurance payment to secure your reservation. We will not allow reservations sooner than one (1) year from the desired rental date.

Madera Fair releases calender dates no sooner than one year out from desired date. Rentals are on a first come, first serve basis, unless the date is held for an annual renter or held for Madera Fair use.

Please review our event calendar. Be advised, our calendar may not often reflect tentative annual renters, or full calendar availability.
