Due to COVID 19, our office is currently closed to public traffic until further notice. In order to meet the need of your future celebrations and events, we have created an online process for submitting your venue and date request
no sooner than one (1) year from the desired rental date. Any submissions prior to one year from desired date will not be considered.
For HIGH DEMAND RENTAL DATES; if more than one renter is seeking to reserve the same hall on the same date, we will take all online forms submitted exactly one year from the desired rental date between the hours of 12:00a.m. and 12:00p.m. and conduct a lottery on the next business day. First drawn renter will be contacted and will have 72 hours (3 business days) to make the rental deposit. After that we will move on to the next drawn submission. Only
ONE Submission per event will be accepted.
If you submit multiple times or have multiple people submit for your event, all submissions for your event will be disqualified.Please review our event calendar. Be advised, our calendar may not often reflect tentative annual renters, or full calendar availability.
