The Madera District Fair provides rentals for parties, weddings, quinceaneras, trade shows, concerts, dog and livestock events and just about any gathering you can think of! In order to reserve a date and venue, please call the office, 559-674-8511 or come in to check availability, M-F 8:00a.m.- 4:30p.m. Upon availability, we will temporarily hold the date and venue permitting you 4 business days to make the rental deposit and required insurance payment in order to secure your reservation. We will not allow reservations sooner than one (1) year from the desired rental date.
For HIGH DEMAND RENTAL DATES; if more than one renter is seeking to reserve the same hall on the same date, we will take all inquiries exactly one year from the desired rental date between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 12:00p.m. by phone or in office. A lottery will be conducted at end of that business day. First drawn renter will be contacted and will have 4 business days to make the rental deposit and required insurance payment. After that we will move on to the next drawn submission.
