Madera District Fair - Outdoor Facilities

The Madera District Fair provides rentals for parties, weddings, quinceaneras, trade shows, concerts, dog and livestock events and just about any gathering you can think of! If you would like more information about renting a building, stage, barns or even the entire grounds, give our office a call. The Patio Stage is perfect for an outdoor informal party or small promoted event. Fitted with a stage for presentation or entertainment, guests will certainly find enjoyment here. The casual venue is shaded and hosts ambient market lighting for evening events going into the night!

Madera Fair's amphitheater is an open grass space crowned with a central stage for presentations and entertainment. This open space is a blank slate for a creative gathering, exposition, showcase or more!

Coyote Field is a large open grass area, which houses the annual Madera Fair Concert Series. It has endless options for outdoor events. Measuring approximately 340' deep x 250' across to treeline for nearly 85,000sq. ft. Measuring to the road is 315'.
