Vendor Information

Thank you to our vendors for your participation at the 2018 Madera District Fair!


Are you interested in being a vendor or concessionaire at the 2019 Madera District Fair? The applications will be available March 2019. The 2018 application is available for your preview BUT will be updated at the new year. We welcome any questions or ideas you may have prior to next years fair, please don't hesitate to call the office at 559-674-8511 or email or vendor coordinator, Monica Cardoso at monica@maderafair.com. If you are a returning vendor or concessionaire, an application will be mailed to you.

We have an attendance of over 53,000 at the annual Fair with patrons who visit 25 different food booths, 38 outdoor information and vendor booths, and more than 50 indoor spaces where vendors both sell items and distribute information to fairgoers.


2018 Madera Fair Application Forms For Vendors and Concessionaires


Please note that our application has changed. There is now a VENDOR application and a CONCESSIONS application. Previous vendors and concessionaires have the first opportunity to contract for space. They will have until May 1st to renew their contract. All new applications are given equal consideration for any space(s) available after the May 1st deadline.
