Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Madera District Fair, the fair is FUN and we want you to be a part of it! We have an attendance of over 53,000 at the annual Fair with patrons who visit 25+ different food booths, 38+ outdoor information and vendor booths, and more than 50 indoor spaces where vendors both sell items and distribute information to fairgoers.
A few notes for INDOOR and OUTDOOR COMMERCIAL VENDORS:
- If you have your own insurance or belong to the CSFA Master List, please send in by July 15, 2026!
- FOOD CONCESSIONS WILL NEED TO SUBMIT Madera Co. Health Department Application and pay additional fees.
- Indoor spaces will have Pipe and Drape included.
- Outdoor spaces will require proper tents with Fire Marshall approvals. We have 10x10 tents available to rent for $100.
