Madera County Department of Public Health(4/5/21) Per Madera County Public Health Department, CURRENT ELIGIBILITY is as follows:
-Anyone 16 and older, who lives or works in Madera County
Read before registering:
Anyone under 18 must bring parent or guardian.
Johnson & Johnson and Moderna vaccinations are approved for ages 18 and over.
Pfizer is approved for ages 16 and over.
Eligibility for the vaccine may be different at other sites within the county, such as pharmacies or other providers.
How to register:
Due to a MyTurn system limitation, choose the "50-64" age range button on the first eligibility information page. Enter date of birth and other information as normal. Eligibility for 16 and over is only applicable at Madera County vaccination sites.
*Johnson & Johnson and Moderna Vaccination Clinics are (age 18+), Pfizer is approved for those (age 16+)
Due to the mandatory 15 minute observation period after being vaccinated, only patients who can enter the building will receive a vaccination through the county.
