ALL AMERICAN STORY

This Fair's focus on the common, simple and meaningful ties in America found—people, stories, and the shared experiences that shape our community. As part of that effort, the Madera Fair is launching three community storytelling initiatives that invite local residents to participate and be recognized during the Fair: Simply "click" the campaign you'd like to submit for.

All American Hero — honoring Madera County U.S. veterans and active-duty military, who have demonstrated service, dedication, and commitment to their country and community.
All American Dream — sharing personal journeys and the pursuit of opportunity in America.
All American Agriculture — highlighting generational farming and the role of feeding America

Who Can Be Nominated
Nominations are open to Madera County residents. Candidates may be self-nominated or nominated by others.

Submission Requirements
To be considered, each submission must include:

A written story (maximum 500 words) highlighting the individual’s story and impact.
Three (3) high-resolution photos (JPEG or PNG format preferred)
Name and contact information of the person submitting the nomination

How to Submit
All entries must be submitted through the Madera Fair’s online submission form at [website link].
Submissions must be received by August 7th, 2026.

Selection Process
A review committee will evaluate all eligible submissions. Up to ten (10) individuals per campaign will be selected as 2026 All American Stories

Recognition
Selected honorees will:

Be featured in a static display during the 2026 Madera Fair
Receive recognition as part of the Fair’s “All American Party” celebration
Be awarded a non-transferable season pass for two (2) to attend the 2026 Madera Fair

All American Karaoke Contest

Do you have what it takes to take center stage at the Madera Fair's All American Karaoke Contest?

Join us on Saturday, September 12th from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the Patio Stage as contestants celebrate America's soundtrack with unforgettable performances of patriotic favorites, classic anthems, and songs that capture the spirit of our nation.

To be considered, applicants must:

Complete the online application, select up to three (3) songs from the official All American Song List included on the application. View the All American Karaoke Playlist HERE.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a performance spot. All applications will be reviewed by Fair staff, and selected contestants will be notified of their approval and the song they will perform during the competition. Approved contestants (or a parent/guardian for youth contestants) will a receive complimentary admission to the Madera Fair for the day of the competition.
